Modalities

At the beginning of our professional cooperation and for a successful intervention, assessment of the relevant facts and analysis of the legal framework and positions is conducted.

We offer free initial consultation (meeting at our office, telephone/Zoom conversation) followed by the appointment of a legal counsel member of our network. Thereafter we may  agree with you on a lump sum for the analysis of your case and a written summary via e-mail. In the written summary, we provide an outlook on the chances of success, an estimate of fees and costs, as well as eventual risks of our intervention.

Upon agreement on costs and fees as well as payment modalities, clients based overseas may be directed to online payment links.
